Job description

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active OT license in the governing state
  • Previous experience in schools or pediatrics preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions within educational settings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-12 students
  • Conduct thorough assessments to develop and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
  • Document services, progress, and recommendations in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise in accommodations, assistive technology, and classroom modifications
