Your work will help students achieve greater independence and academic success by addressing physical, cognitive, and sensory needs through therapeutic intervention. You'll collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other school professionals to create an inclusive, supportive environment for every child.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students in school settings
• Knowledge of IEP processes and ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Ability to travel between multiple school sites within the area as required
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students across multiple school campuses
• Conduct assessments and provide input for IEP meetings
• Design and implement individualized intervention plans to help students achieve their educational goals
• Consult with teachers, families, and other support staff to integrate strategies into the classroom setting
• Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and outcomes in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
