Job description

This opportunity places you onsite at multiple educational sites, where you’ll collaborate with educators and families to help students achieve their fullest potential. The contract runs from August 2025 through December 2026 for a full-time position, allowing you to spend 35 hours each week making a lasting difference.

What you’ll bring:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure, with eligibility to practice in Missouri
• Previous school-based OT experience is highly valued
• Expertise in adapting interventions for diverse student needs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to effectively serve across more than one site
• Commitment to working onsite, supporting students and staff directly

Your key responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans for students
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ functional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to ensure holistic support
• Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing OT expertise to each student’s success
• Travel between assigned sites as needed while managing a single-semester caseload
