Key Qualifications:

• Active OT license in Missouri
• Experience or comfort working in school settings, supporting a variety of ages and needs
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Commitment to upholding individualized educational plans and fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere
• Organized, reliable, and adaptable to a dynamic school calendar

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to approximately 32 students, totaling around 800 minutes weekly
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each students goals
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in line with school policy and state regulations
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and parents to integrate therapy goals into the educational setting
• Support classroom staff through consultation and occasional in-service training
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
