Exciting opportunities are available for dedicated Occupational Therapists seeking a rewarding contract position for the full academic year. Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Washington state OT license
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Open to considering enthusiastic new graduates
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Address fine motor, sensory, and other functional skills supporting student participation in learning environments
- Maintain detailed therapy records and document student progress
- Contribute to IEP meetings and provide input for student goals
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning culture for students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
