Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Washington state OT license
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Open to considering enthusiastic new graduates

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Address fine motor, sensory, and other functional skills supporting student participation in learning environments
• Maintain detailed therapy records and document student progress
• Contribute to IEP meetings and provide input for student goals
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning culture for students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
