Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current and valid OT license required
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Understanding of IEP processes and ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both with students and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Provide direct OT services to students, focusing on skills required for classroom participation and daily functioning
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to design and implement effective strategies for student achievement
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings, providing expertise and progress reports
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal requirements
