Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in Colorado
• Prior experience delivering OT services in schools, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy environments
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and school-based documentation
• Ability to effectively collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess students fine motor, sensory, and functional needs to develop targeted intervention plans
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services individually and in groups, both in school settings and via teletherapy platforms
• Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation of assessments, progress, and communication
• Work closely with teachers and staff on strategies that promote student participation and success
• Educate families and caregivers to support carryover of interventions at home
