Desired Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of IEPs and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient approach to working with students and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs, as outlined in their IEPs
• Conduct assessments, develop written reports, and help shape individualized interventions
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support students’ academic and functional participation
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state policies
• Provide training and resources to staff and families as needed
