Director of Rehab / Rehab Director- Open to COTA, OT, PT, PTA and SLP Candidates! Assisted Living Facility in Gatesville, NC / NORTH CAROLINA - $1,500.00 SIGN ON BONUS!
Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (PT/PTA/OT/COTA) to join our assisted living facility in Gatesville NC.
- Full-Time, 30-40 Hours Per Week
- Prior Management experience preferred
- $1,500 sign-on bonus!
As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You'll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Minimum of 1 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
