REHAB DIRECTOR (PT/PTA/OTR/OTA) – FULL-TIME

Concept Rehab is seeking a full-time Rehab Director to lead our therapy team in Shelbina, Missouri. This is an excellent opportunity to combine clinical expertise with leadership while making a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults in a skilled nursing setting.

What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary therapy team
- Manage daily therapy department operations
- Maintain productivity, scheduling, and staffing
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and facility leadership
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines
- Mentor therapists and promote clinical excellence
- Help drive positive patient outcomes and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation and departmental performance standards
Qualifications
- Current Missouri license as a PT, PTA, OTR, or OTA
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for developing teams and delivering exceptional patient care
