Hospital/Clinic Address: 7171 N Dale Mabry Highway, Tampa, Florida 

Hospital/Clinic Information: PT Solutions proudly has partnered with Advent Health Carrollwood, which is a 116-bed facility located in the heart of Tampa. Joint commission certified for joint hip and total knee program, Advanced Shoulder and Spine certification. Additionally, this holds a primary stroke certification. Clinicians can expect to see/treat majority post op ortho cases, with some neuro and geriatric population mixed in. This is an all-acute care hospital. The team supports a total of 5 floors and is made up of 13 full-time employees (6 PT, 4 OT, 1 PTA,  3 SLP and our clinic manager).

PRN Shift/Hour Requirements: 2 weekend day shifts per month, 1 major holiday, 1 minor holiday

Your Responsibilities as an Acute Care Occupational Therapist

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to previous level of functioning or proceed to next level of care
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital (I.e. physicians, case management, nurses, etc)

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACOTE approved occupational therapy program
• Registered with NBCOT
• Current or pending state licensure
• Basic Life Support certification

Compensation

Pay Range: $50 hourly (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
