Full-time Hours: ~32–40 hours/week (open Monday – Friday)

Full Job Description:
At Little Legends Therapy, we believe pelvic health care is an essential part of whole-person wellness—across the lifespan. We are seeking a fully licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist with specialized training in pelvic floor therapy and required pediatric experience. This role will support pediatric and lifespan clients, working closely with families and an interdisciplinary team in a collaborative and encouraging environment.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat pediatric, adolescent, and adult clients with pelvic floor dysfunction.
Address concerns including (but not limited to) bowel and bladder dysfunction, pelvic pain, toileting challenges, and functional pelvic health needs.
Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client goals and developmental level.
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions in a clinic setting.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support carryover of skills into daily routines.
Educate clients and caregivers on home programs, body awareness, toileting strategies, and pelvic health education.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinic and insurance standards.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive clinic culture.
Mentor or support students and team members as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Current, unrestricted state license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT).
Specialized training or certification in pelvic floor therapy.
Pediatric experience is required (must be comfortable working with children and families).
Ability and interest in working with clients across the lifespan.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
Excellent organizational, clinical reasoning, and documentation skills.
CPR certification within 30 days of hire (course reimbursement available).
Preferred Skills:
Advanced pelvic health certifications or continuing education.
Experience treating bowel and bladder dysfunction in pediatric populations.
Comfort educating families on sensitive topics in a supportive, professional manner.
Interest in program development or service expansion.
