What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an OT
- Help patients regain independence and confidence
- Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team

What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- SNF experience is a plus, but not required
