Step into a dynamic contract opportunity where you’ll provide Occupational Therapy services for a diverse student population spanning several schools in a supportive educational environment. You’ll work with a manageable caseload of approximately 50–60 students across a select group of schools, shaping therapy plans to foster each child’s progress. This position allows you to organize 1–3 school visits per day, giving you the freedom to balance visits according to your workflow and student needs.

What we’re looking for:

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure for KS (required)
• Experience providing OT services in school settings
• Ability to manage an itinerant schedule and travel between multiple sites
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to supporting student independence and school participation

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students aged K–12
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor progress and adjust interventions
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to all educational and ethical standards
• Provide guidance for adaptive activities that improve daily school function
