Make a significant impact supporting students and staff by providing expert Occupational Therapy supervision in a collaborative school setting. Two dedicated occupational therapists are needed to supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract role offers a flexible schedule with either part-time hours (up to 20 hours per month) or full-time availability (up to 37.5 hours per week), all performed on-site.

What Youll Do:

• Supervise up to two COTAs, ensuring quality therapy services and adherence to best practices
• Deliver approximately 7 hours of supervision per COTA each month, in accordance with New Hampshire requirements
• Collaborate effectively with COTAs and school staff to foster student success
• Document supervision sessions, maintain careful records, and manage related administrative tasks
• Offer support and professional guidance to maximize COTAs impact within the public school setting

What Youll Bring:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in New Hampshire
• Documented experience supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants
• Background in educational or school-based OT preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational abilities for documentation and meeting supervision requirements
