Bring your expertise in Occupational Therapy to a dynamic contract opportunity supporting a K–8 student population in a small charter school near Lakeville, MN. This engaging role offers the chance to make a direct impact on students ranging from ages 5 to 14, including those with academic, behavioral, and unique related service needs. Enjoy working just two days per week, with the potential for flexibility up to three days as needed, while collaborating with a supportive special education team.

Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with appropriate supervision
• Experience working in schools, healthcare, home health, or teletherapy settings
• Confidence in providing OT services to children and adolescents (elementary through middle school)
• Familiarity with IEP management using digital platforms, preferably SPED Forms
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 35 students with diverse OT needs
• Deliver therapy through a blended approach of push-in, pull-out, and consultative models, adapting interventions as required
• Work collaboratively with special education professionals to develop and implement effective therapy plans
• Document progress and support compliance through accurate IEP reporting and management
• Contribute insights and strategies to the wider team, helping foster a positive and inclusive environment for all learners
