You'll manage a caseload based on direct service minutestypically between 900 and 950 per weekserving students across 4 to 5 schools. Most therapists work with both elementary and secondary learners, collaborating with staff and families to deliver services that foster greater student independence and classroom participation.

Qualifications:

• Current Washington OT license and ESA certification required
• Previous school-based OT experience is highly preferred
• Ability to organize and provide therapy across multiple sites
• Strong communication skills for working with teams, students, and families
• Commitment to supporting diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs) that promote functional skills
• Provide direct and consultative services in alignment with service minute requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation for therapy notes, progress updates, and compliance
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Prioritize caseload across several school sites, adjusting based on students needs
