Qualifications:

• Current, active Occupational Therapy license in Michigan
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school, healthcare, or home health settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Familiarity with compliance requirements and documentation in educational environments

What Youll Do:

• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students from kindergarten through twelfth grade
• Assess, plan, and implement strategies that address learning barriers and facilitate participation within the school context
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support each students individual goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and district policies
• Provide input at IEP meetings and help design modifications or accommodations
