What youll bring:

• Active Florida Occupational Therapy License
• Experience in school settings or comparable environments
• Skills and knowledge related to OT in schools, OT in home health, and healthcare-based OT
• Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
• Passion for helping children succeed in academic and social settings

Your responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy to students in grades K12 on an onsite basis
• Manage a caseload, performing assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to optimize student outcomes
• Adapt interventions based on student needs, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and classroom demands
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations relevant to school-based OT
