Step into a meaningful role supporting students as an Occupational Therapist for a full-time contract opportunity within a dynamic educational environment near Bonifay, FL. Provide essential OT services in a school-based setting, helping children achieve their fullest potential throughout the academic year. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with guaranteed 35 hours per week, stretching from ASAP through May 28, 2027.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, families, and support staff
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized intervention programs
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to school-based therapy services
• A commitment to supporting student progress for diverse learners
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage caseloads efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students according to IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student progress
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document outcomes
• Adapt interventions to help students participate in classroom and school activities
• Communicate progress and recommendations clearly to educational teams
• Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with school policies
