We are looking for a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in St. Joseph, MI!

What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions
- Help patients improve independence with daily activities
- Address strength, coordination, mobility, and functional skills
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Communicate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Participate in care planning and discharge planning
What We're Looking For
- Current Michigan Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- SNF experience preferred, but not required
- Dependable and patient-focused
