OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST (OT) – PRN

Battle Creek, MI

PRN Occupational Therapist | Skilled Nursing

Join a patient-focused therapy team in Battle Creek as a PRN Occupational Therapist. Help patients regain independence and improve their ability to participate in everyday activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Complete occupational therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled OT interventions
• Address ADLs, functional mobility, strength, coordination, and safety
• Track patient progress and update treatment approaches
• Work with the interdisciplinary team
• Maintain timely clinical documentation

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• SNF or post-acute experience is a plus
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
