Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts is proud to hold The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval® for Hospital Accreditation, recognizing our commitment to continuous quality and performance standards.   How you'll contribute  The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for assessing patients' functional abilities, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to promote independence in daily activities. This position involves close collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care, accurate documentation of progress, and education for patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment use.
