Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full Time

Concept Rehab is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to become part of our therapy team in the Ingham, MI area.

Your Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will:
- Evaluate patients and identify functional goals
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions
- Help patients improve independence with everyday activities
- Track progress and modify treatment based on patient response
- Communicate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Participate in care planning and discharge recommendations
- Complete required clinical documentation
- Provide guidance and supervision to OTAs as applicable
- Build positive relationships with patients, families and caregivers
What You Bring
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Organized, dependable and patient-focused approach
- Previous rehab or skilled nursing experience is a plus
