We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility in Linden, Michigan.

Position Summary
As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions that help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. You'll work closely with an interdisciplinary team committed to delivering outstanding patient care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and establish individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies
Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Michigan
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled Nursing Facility or post-acute experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Passion for helping older adults achieve their highest level of independence
