About the Role
Concept Rehab is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting. Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, and overall function while working with a collaborative care team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans
- Provide skilled OT services
- Collaborate with team, patients, and families
- Supervise COTAs
- Maintain documentation and participate in care planning
Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current MI OT license (or eligible)
- Strong communication and clinical skills
