Pay: Starting at $55-58.00+ per hour (DOE)

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate residents and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans

  • Deliver skilled occupational therapy services that promote functional independence and improved quality of life

  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal resident outcomes

  • Supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and therapy students

  • Participate in care conferences and discharge planning

  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home safety

  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards

What We're Looking For

  • Current, active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license

  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
