$75–$85 per visit + Mileage Reimbursement + Flexible PRN Scheduling
BrightStar Care of Spanish Fort is hiring a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one home health therapy throughout Mobile and the Eastern Shore area.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in patients’ homes
• Complete evaluations and treatment visits
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Focus on ADLs, home safety, adaptive techniques, and functional independence
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Complete timely documentation
Skills and qualifications
Qualifications• Active Alabama Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• 1+ year of OT experience preferred
