Job description

We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health!

Position Overview:

Join a collaborative rehabilitation team where you can make a meaningful impact on patients' lives every day. As a Per Diem Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans that empower patients to build, restore, and maximize their independence in daily living, homemaking, vocational, and functional activities. Working with patients across a variety of diagnoses and care settings, you'll help them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

In this role, you'll build strong relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams through compassionate care, clinical expertise, and effective communication. In addition to providing exceptional patient care, you'll serve as a valued mentor by offering clinical guidance to rehabilitation assistants and aides and helping shape the next generation of therapists through student education and clinical instruction opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an occupational therapist who enjoys flexibility, variety, and the chance to make a lasting difference while working within a supportive, patient-centered healthcare environment.
