Position Overview:
- Occupational Therapist (OT) hospital IP/OP based in Ephrata, Washington
- Pay range $44/hr - $50/hr, depending on experience
- Flexible $12,000 Career Bonus: As a fulltime employee, you’ll earn up to $12,000 in additional financial benefits over your first three years — use it for retention bonus, sign-on bonus, or student loan repayment, or personal development.
- Fulltime with growth potential. Part-time hours available.
- Caseload split between two hospital locations 25 minutes apart
- Experience preferred, will consider new graduates

Occupational Therapist Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients
- Complete documentation
- Plan, market and develop new programs
- Communicate with patients, patients’ families and physicians and staff
- Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
- Assist in the general operation of the department
- Supervise COTA’s in accordance to state regulations as necessary
Occupational Therapist Job Requirements:
- Bachelors (B.A., B.S.) or Master's degree (M.A., M.S.) or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy
- Graduate of a certified occupational therapy program
- Possess or be eligible for WA state licensure
