How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Evaluate patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, or psychosocial deficits.
• Assess safety and effectiveness in performing independent living skills.
• Design plans of care specifying treatment types and frequencies.
• Modify plans continuously based on monitored patient progress.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Occupational Therapy prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
