Job Details The Occupational Therapist will provide patient care under MD referral. Maintains required documentation and professional relationships with patients, families and staff. Adheres to MMC/department policies and procedures and JCAHO/regulatory agency requirements. Demonstrates and promotes service excellence at all times. Responsibilities: Administer Occupational Therapy treatments per MD referral and in accordance with NYS practice act Perform comprehensive evaluations Develop appropriate treatment plans with realistic, functional goals Observes patients' response to treatment physically and psychologically and adjusts the treatment plan accordingly Evaluation and treatment of patients in outpatient rehab and inpatient rehab Documentation in EMR (EPIC) Requirements: BS or MS degree in Occupational Therapy from accredited OT program Current NYS license BLS Required Inpatient and outpatient rehab experience preferred but not required Salary Range USD $49.72 - USD $74.59 /Hr. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
