What You’ll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to achieve patient goals

• Supervising and mentoring Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)

• Educating patients and families on discharge planning and home safety strategies

• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions to maximize outcomes

Qualifications

Current and valid California Occupational Therapy License
