Small Steps is excited to offer a unique hybrid role that will provide occupational therapy services across both our outpatient clinics and ABA programs. This model fosters meaningful cross-disciplinary collaboration while supporting children across a variety of therapeutic environments. Rather than working in silos, our clinicians partner closely to develop cohesive, functional, and family-centered treatment plans that honor each child's strengths, interests, and goals.

By working alongside behavior analysts and other therapy disciplines, our occupational therapists have the opportunity to advocate for sensory-informed, regulation-focused, and strengths-based practices that enhance participation and quality of life across settings.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Current MA state licensure/certification as a Occupational Therapist
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills
• Commitment to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach
