Occupational Therapist (OT)
Midtown Oaks Post Acute – Sacramento, CA
$60–$65/hour + $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
Midtown Oaks Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Sacramento, CA.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and create individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide skilled OT treatments to improve mobility, function, and independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, therapy, and physicians
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Occupational Therapist (OT) Qualifications
- Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Skilled nursing facility (SNF) or post-acute experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
- Passion for helping geriatric and rehabilitation patients achieve success
