PRN OTA Position | Skilled Nursing / Post-Acute
Looking for a flexible Occupational Therapy Assistant opportunity? Join our Battle Creek therapy team and help patients build the skills and confidence needed for greater independence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Provide skilled OT treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Assist patients with functional activities and daily living skills
• Follow individualized treatment plans
• Help improve strength, coordination, mobility, and independence
• Document patient progress
• Communicate effectively with the therapy and care teams
WHAT YOU NEED:
• Current Michigan OTA license
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
• Skilled nursing/post-acute experience preferred
• Dependable and compassionate approach to patient care
