Salary range: $53.00 - $56.00 per hour

How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Evaluate patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, and/or psychosocial deficits.
• Design and implement patient-centered, effective treatment plans using appropriate modalities.
• Assess the patient's ability to safely perform independent living skills.
• Document patient progress, monitor, and modify the plan of care as necessary.
• Minimum weekend and holiday requirement.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Occupational Therapy (OT) license credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation prior to hire date or job transfer date required. A valid license pending letter will be accepted until license is issued.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• 1-year acute care experience.
