Overview Occupational Therapist Gresham, OR Starting pay range: $45.00 - $56.00 per hour Benefits: Mileage Reimbursement Continual growth opportunities & up to $25,000 towards ongoing education Paid vacation and Sick time 401K with Employer match Heathcare coverage Minimum Qualifications: Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Oregon Graduate from an accredited program with a degree in Occupational Therapy CPR Certification National Provider Identifier (NPI) required upon hire Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Home Health Organizational skills to facilitate program development Responsibilities: Establish treatment plan appropriate to physician orders Prepare/complete clinical and progress notes Teach patient and family/caregivers in meeting individual treatment goals Join the AgeRight Care at Home team as a Home Health Occupational Therapist and take your career to new heights!
