Your Impact:

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement individualized, evidence-based care plans
• Deliver skilled therapy to promote patient independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers
• Document progress and adapt strategies to ensure patient success

What You Bring:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Arizona or eligible
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for patient care
• New graduates encouraged—mentorship provided!
