Fireweed Therapy LLC is expanding and looking to hire an Occupational Therapist (OT) & Physical Therapist (PT). Both roles are mobile and outpatient.
he Occupational Therapist will be helping older adults and seniors maintain independence and improve their quality of life by addressing physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges. OTs assess individual needs, develop personalized care plans, and provide interventions such as therapeutic exercises, adaptive equipment training, and home safety modifications. Additionally, they will educate seniors on fall prevention, energy conservation, and strategies to support daily living, fostering safety, functionality, and well-being in aging individuals.
The Physical Therapists will be helping older adults and seniors improve mobility, manage pain, and maintain independence through personalized care plans. PTs assess physical abilities, develop tailored therapeutic exercises, and implement interventions to enhance strength, balance, and flexibility. This person will also educate seniors on fall prevention, injury recovery, and techniques for managing chronic conditions.
