Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Valid licensure as an OT or COTA
• Previous experience in school-based OT, home health, or teletherapy settings
• Demonstrated expertise in promoting gross motor skill development
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with students, teachers, and families
• Flexible approach to adapting therapy techniques to meet individual student needs
• Ability to travel locally as required for service delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions within school environments
• Collaborate closely with educators and families to create effective treatment plans
• Support gross motor and fine motor skill development in students
• Document progress and maintain accurate student records meeting all compliance standards
• Engage in multidisciplinary meetings as needed
• Adapt to various modes of therapy, including in-person and remote sessions
