What We’re Looking For:

• Active Nevada State Occupational Therapist license is required
• Experience in school-based OT or with pediatric populations is a plus, but motivated candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Skills in fine and gross motor assessment and intervention
• Comfort providing services on-site in a school environment
• Teletherapy experience is valued, but not required
• Ability to collaborate with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), teachers, and other school professionals

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, evidence-based occupational therapy services to students in a school setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assess and address fine motor, gross motor, sensory, and daily living skill challenges
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Provide consultation and support to teachers and family members
• Adapt strategies to meet a diverse range of student needs
