Overview: 

$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!

A full-time floating Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/ OTA) position is available in a senior living community. The successful candidate will float to facilities and private homes located throughout Wiscasset. Travel time and mileage are paid when traveling in between facilities.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

The qualified candidate will:

  • Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in Senior Living Community.
  • Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
  • Possess a current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
  • Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
  • Work well with others in a team setting
  • Be flexible with hours.

Good Faith Rate Range: $28/hr - $30/hr

 

A full-time REHAB DIRECTOR / Speech Language Pathologist, (ST / SLP), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department.

Qualifications:


A successful Rehab Director will:

 

  • Ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
  • Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
  • Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
  • Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
  • Provide speech therapy services as needed.
  • Be a licensed speech therapist or license eligible in the state where employed.
  • Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.
