What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to pediatric patients
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and your multidisciplinary team
  • Provide culturally competent, family-centered care
  • Complete case management and documentation consistent with department standards

What We Offer

  • Salary: $78,000 to $111,600/year or Pay-per-Billed-Hour: $70 to $86.40/billed hour, $90 per evaluation, $35 to $36/meeting hour
  • Compensation flexibility: Choose between salaried or pay-per-billed-hour models

What You'll Need

  • Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
  • NBCOT certification in good standing
  • Colorado DORA OT license, or ability to obtain
  • BLS/CPR certification
  • Pediatric experience preferred, new grads welcome!

Physical Requirements Ability to sit 1 to 2 hours and stand or walk 4 to 6 hours daily. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
