This full-time assignment spans from August to December, with the possibility of extension into the spring semester, offering continuity for both you and the students you’ll inspire.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid COTA certification and licensure in Michigan
• Experience in school settings, ideally with K-12 populations
• Proficiency applying therapeutic techniques to meet diverse student needs
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills—able to partner with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Compassion, adaptability, and a genuine passion for facilitating student growth and independence

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services tailored to a range of students, from elementary-age through high school
• Assist in developing, implementing, and tracking IEP-related goals in coordination with licensed OTs
• Document progress, maintain clear and organized records, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Support classroom adaptations, sensory strategies, and self-care skills to enhance student participation and success
• Partner with educators and families to promote a supportive, inclusive learning environment
