Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full Time
Location: Woodhaven, MI
We are seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Woodhaven, MI.

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services under the direction and supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans
- Assist patients with therapeutic activities and functional tasks
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Participate in care planning and contribute to positive patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Current COTA certification
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Michigan
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus
