Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Arlington Gardens Care Center – Riverside, CA
Pay Range: $35–$38 per hour, DOE

Arlington Gardens Care Center in Riverside, California is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing care team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support residents in improving functional independence through individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate closely with the Occupational Therapist to implement effective and engaging treatment strategies
• Encourage participation in therapeutic activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being
• Accurately document treatment sessions and resident progress in accordance with regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications:

• Active and valid California COTA license
• Passion for working with seniors in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual resident needs
• SNF or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
