Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant - Hand Therapy

Job description

• Assist in the development and implementation of patient treatment plans
• Conduct therapeutic activities according to the occupational therapist's guidance
• Monitor patient progress and report it to the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Instruct patients and families in following treatment plans and using therapeutic equipment
• Help patients improve their cognitive, physical, and emotional well-being
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatments
• Modify treatment plans to address patient needs in consultation with an Occupational Therapist
• Educate patients and their families on tasks and activities necessary for rehabilitation
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care and outcomes

• Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum.
• One or more year(s) of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Hand experience highly preferred
• Current state of MA license, CPR certification.
• Outgoing and caring personality.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $28.00-$35.00. Pay is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
